Digger's Deductions

Ideas and methods pertaining to safe, efficient strength & conditioning exercises as well as thoughts and opinions on sports culture

About me

Hello! My name is Tony “Digger” Dague. I am a Physical Therapist Assistant with an outpatient orthopedic practice in Southeastern Pennsylvania. I have been a PTA for 16 years now and thoroughly enjoy my work and helping individuals regain their quality of life. I have an Associate of Science degree from Alvernia College as well as a Bachelor of Arts from West Chester University. I specialize in return to sport exercise programming as well as post rehab exercise education.  I am very comfortable in recommending appropriate progessions of exercise for a safe return to your favorite activity.  I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. All my patients are like my extended family and I treat them as such. I welcome your questions or opinions regarding effective exercises. I don’t promise to know everything, but what I will promise is an intelligently thought out commentary using a little scientific research and first hand experience. Sante’
